Team Reward Mechanism

Our projects are enterprise-grade and delivered to production; therefore, our reward mechanism emphasizes value and contribution. We value every member's effort and provide generous rewards based on the value each person creates:

Core Incentives

• Project Bonus: Participate in core team projects and receive bonuses based on contribution.

Competition Bonus

• Amounts: 7000 RMB (National First Prize), 5000 RMB (National Second Prize), 2000 RMB (National Third Prize)
• Scope: National-level awards from designated competitions the team participates in (non-designated competitions may apply for rewards with Director approval)
• Distribution: Issued by the team to the competition squad; members distribute internally according to actual contribution
• Organizer’s Additional Bonus: Bonuses issued by the organizer are negotiated and distributed internally by the competition team; non-competition personnel do not participate in management or distribution of this portion

Paper Submission Subsidy

• All fees incurred when submitting papers to team-designated journals (e.g., page charges, review fees) are fully covered by the team; no personal expense.

External Partnership Commission

• Members who interface externally and successfully sign cooperation contracts will receive a commission based on contract amount and effectiveness (specific percentages will be refined according to practice).

Internship Salary

• Members who sign internship contracts with partner companies will receive internship salaries provided by the partner; salary standards follow the partner’s regulations. The team assists with coordination of salary issuance.
